Heathy Feet In Oldage
Your foot health can be a clue to your overall health. For example, joint stiffness could mean arthritis. Tingling or numbness could be a sign of diabetes or other health problems. Swollen feet may indicate that you are eating too much salt or it could point to signs of kidney disease, heart disease, arthritis or high blood pressure.
To keep your feet healthy in old age or any age, keep these things in mind.
* Examine your feet regularly
* Wear comfortable shoes that fit
* Wash your feet daily with soap and lukewarm water
* Trim your toenails straight across and not too short
* Visit your foot doctor for regular check ups
